Welcome to KennisAI. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing, subscribing to, or using the KennisAI platform and its services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with KennisAI, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for safeguarding the password used to access the Service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
KennisAI offers various subscription plans (e.g., Free, Pro, Team, Enterprise). Paid plans consist of a Base Subscription Fee plus Usage-Based Charges for specific services, including, but not limited to, large language model (LLM) inference, workflow executions, and high-volume data processing ("Inference Services").
Usage-Based Charges for Inference Services that exceed a paid plan's included limits are charged incrementally. You agree to be billed for overages, which may result in multiple invoices within a single billing cycle.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and KennisAI does not provide refunds for partial or unused billing periods.
You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and information you submit to the Service ("Your Data").
You grant KennisAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit Your Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
The output generated by the Service based on Your Data and prompts ("AI Output") is owned by you to the extent permitted by law.
The Service integrates with third-party providers. Your use of the Service is subject to their respective terms.
The Service, including its original content (excluding Your Data), features, functionality, design, and proprietary workflows, are the exclusive property of KennisAI, Inc.
You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, create illegal content, or transmit spam.
Upon termination, you have a 30-day grace period to export Your Data.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". KennisAI makes no warranties regarding the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
